Shipping info:

Illuzion Glass Galleries' shipping department fills all orders after payment has been received. Items are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase, as long as payment has cleared before 6PM MST. UPS Ground does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. Below is a map of the current estimated transit days for UPS Ground. It is important to note that weather conditions may sometimes impact your package's arrival. We will email you your tracking number with your order as soon as UPS has scanned your package.

Return Info:

All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made before 1:00PM MST the day after the order is placed.  Otherwise all sales are final.
Damaged Items
If any items are received damaged, immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Keep all packaging.  Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 48 business hours after receipt of your delivery.  Of course any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.

You can email your photos/info to to begin the return process.  We will work with the shipping service to pick the piece back up for insurance purposes.  If you select a different item than we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 - 10 business days.  If a replacement or repair is required, the process may take anywhere from 10 - 45 business days, based on the scenario.
